REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 21 days from the ship date for store credit only. We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Purchases of gift cards, jewelry, accessory items, and sale items can not be returned and are all final sale. Naturally, we can not take returns for products that have been used or that do not have a tag attached.
If you have received a damaged item and we will gladly replace the item free of charge.

Be sure to include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order#, and a description of the damage or incorrect items received. Please allow 3 business days for our team to review your message and send you a reply.
SHIPPING INFO & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days after an order is received and the payment has funded. Shipping times vary based on delivery choice selected at time of purchase. We do not ship out on weekends and/or holidays. SunCoast Salons, inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will always to our best in helping you resolve any shipping complications.
SunCoast Salons, Inc. proudly ships to anywhere within the United States Of America. At this time we have limited resources for shipping outside of the United States and do not guarantee shipping eligibility to other countries.
